With the society’s development, the new generation employees has gradually become the backboneof many enterprises and main force. Because of the new generation employees in personality, ability,quality, objectives,values embodied in the individual differences and the traditional enterprisecultureconflict, therefore, how to locate the new generation employeesmanagement and communication category,establish management and communication channels and effective to improve the generation of effectivecommunication way is the staff, carries on the simple the contents of the study.At present, research in Chinaon the new generation of employee communication management is still shallow, it only belongs to theenterprise human resources management system; the railway company as an example, purpose of the studyis through the case analysis, complete and perfectthe new generation employees communicationmanagement system, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, reduce the flow of newgenerationemployees, improve their job satisfaction and job happiness. In order to investigate the currentstatus of Railway Communication Companyof new generation employees, analyze problems, on the basisof empirical study to understand the reasons and countermeasures, in order to put forward the improvementmethods, this paper adopts various research methods, in the course of the investigation include: literaturesurvey method, causal analysis,second-hand information investigation, empirical investigation,questionnairemethod and case analysis method etc.. At the same time, the author also on the part of theinvestigators conducted interviews, including interviews with new generation employees and some of thenew generation managers. The case interview are the following questions let people selected writtenanswermentioned: the new generation employee communication problems, causes of the loss of staff, theirneeds and their current attitudes to communication problems, these problems covers the main content ofthis study to discuss.Firstly, this paper briefly discusses the new generation employee communication managementtheory knowledge. Secondly, the present situation of communication from the Guangzhou railwaycompany’s new generation employees, causes, analysis of problems and problem existing inthe last, putforward optimization scheme of communication management system of Guangzhou railway company’snew generation employees.Currently, China’s research on the new generation employees communicationmanagement is not enough, at the same time, in view of the special situation of our country, many foreignresearch may not be suitable for communication present situation, China’s new generation staff so, the datacollected are analyzed, hope that by understanding the premise of new generation railwaycompanyemployee communication the analysis of the characteristics in, can find out the related communicationcharacteristics of Cenozoic staff and a variety of factors, effective communication effect and then, based onthe first-hand data and case analysis are obtained, and put forward the correspondingcountermeasures andimprovement measures.The company should choose the development suited to their railway industrysuitable talentsaccording to the characteristics of the industry itself, but should not beard eyebrows grasped, do not meetthe sustainable developmentrequirements of the railway company, but also a serious waste of thecompany’smanagement costs, caused by a variety of turnover and instabilityfactors. Through the analysis of the dataas well as the small scale test pilot management communication effect, combined with the railwaycompanystrategy, human resource planning for the future, and the cost of human resources managementbudget execution, to improve the system of human resource development, improve the railway companyfor the new generation ofstaff management policy, establish new management Neozoicemployeecommunication platform with; the correct guidance of Cenozoic staff to complete its social roleand self value, so this paper has strong practical significance and the practical significance of reference.
