Management Of Township Enterprise Management Measure

Metrology management is an important foundation for the enterprises to improve the qualities of products and achieve economic performance. Meanwhile, it plays a crucial role in the development of enterprises. In order to get the most out of the metrology management of township enterprises administration, improving and strengthening the metrology management level of township enterprises has become an urgent problem of township enterprises and local metrological supervision department to be solved.In this paper, we take the metrology management of township enterprises in Zunyi County of Guizhou Province (hereinafter referred to Zunyi County) as an example. By means of documentary, statistics and logical science, questionnaire, study the situation of Zunyi County. First of all, we analyzed the present development situation and future trends of the metrology management at home and abroad that combined with the current metrology management development state of western areas township enterprises at home. We elaborated that the traditional metrology management will lose the market competitiveness and development advantages, beside; we focused on the differences and commons of metrology management system at domestic and foreign and summarized the reasons of differences. Secondly, the data of metrology management in Zunyi County had been analysed in statistics. We found that the question of metrology legal sense, the management of measurement instruments and the supervision of metrology management. Finally, we proposed some specific solutions and proposals for the plan of metrology management, the construction of a contingent of talents and the propagation and the supervision metrology based on the scientific and rational principle. Its purpose is to promote the township enterprises of Zunyi County to satisfy the metrology management of modern township enterprises, and to guide them in improving the mode of metrology management. This paper will promote those enterprises to replace the past traditional way of extensive, inertial, coping style management model with the scientific metrology management based on the information data.
