With the continuous development of coastal tourism, the recreational fishery is getting more and more attentions.Foreign scholars began to focus on the study in the early1960’s,while domestic study the recreational fishery in1990’s.These research mostly focus on the object, more like the resource base, resource conditions, etc. however, less focus on the subject. In addition, the perception and attitude of the local residents directly affect the success or failure on the development of tourism, That’s why this paper chooses the Huizhou Daya Bay economic and technological development zone as a case, take the local fishermen’s attitude to marine recreational fishery as the starting point. By questionnaire and interviews, to understand the fishermen’s perceptions of the recreational fishery in the Daya Bay. In order to give some fishermen perspective’s advices to the government in planning the development of recreational fishery to achieve sustainable development of the Daya Bay.According to a lot of reference, the topic of this paper is about the Daya Bay fishermen’s attitude and behavioral intention of leisure fisher, I will do research on it based on34different indexes which are related to the cognition of the development’s influence, the transition intention and transition behavior, and try to analysis the cognition, intention and behavior of the different people by Cluster analysis. Finally, recommendation to the government of Daya Bay in view of the reality will be provided in the last part of this paper.
