Study Of Recreational Fishery Experience Based On Satisfaction

Recreational fishery as a development of new fisheries and new way of leisure and tourism, combining sightseeing, viewing and other leisure activities with modern fishing and achieveing the first combined configuration of the tertiary industry, and open up a new tourist market. Existing research focuses on mainly basic theoretical research of recreational fishery and recreational fishing supply study, lack of study on the demand for recreational fishery. This dissertation studys tourism experience from the point of view of tourist satisfaction in order to understand the demands and expectations of recreational fishery tourists, as well as the evaluation of the tourism experience and puts forward some effective management measures to guide the area recreational fishery improvement of products and services, enhance tourists satisfaction and win the loyalty of tourists.This dissertation first reviewes the domestic and international recreational fishery research and study of tourist satisfaction, from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) model to build a recreational fishery research model of tourist satisfaction,and discusses the study design and hypothesis. Secondly, takes Ganshui Bay Recreational Fishery Folk Village as an example of empirical research, analysis the basic scenic tourist information and the different characteristics of features of the recreational fishery tourist, as well as tourist satisfaction; through factor analysis of perceived quality visitors variables and classified as "accessibility", "environmental tour", " Tourist reception", "core resource" and "infrastructure" five factor; and use correlation analysis to verify the satisfaction of recreational fishery in each model the relationship between the latent variables. Once again, drawn by the regression analysis the extent of the friendly local fishermen, area capacity, the safety of maritime activity, the provision of food and beverage characteristics, such as the fish species at five variables to determine satisfaction of the tourists will play a significant role. According to the importance - satisfaction analysis, the fish species, the safety of maritime activities, the service levels of staff, ease of transport are urgently needed to improve in recreational fishery area. Finally, puts forward some recommendations to enhance tourism experience of recreational fishery satisfaction: create a unique image of the area of fishery satisfaction, fully embody the characteristics of fisheries;improve the infrastructure of recreational fishery area, intensify environmental protection;pay attention to the cultural qualities recreational fishery operators and improve their quality of service; enhance the attraction factor of recreational fishery area, guide tourists demand, consolidate and develop the tourist market of recreational fishery area and breakdown the market effectively .
