Study On The Construction And Development Mode Of Ecological Small Town

The process of industrialization has accelerated the economic development, butat the same time the natural resource consumption is greatly increased, and pollutionalso increases, ecological environment can not achieve a virtuous circle, which has aharmful impact on human society. Now people begin to re-examine the relationshipbetween man and nature, the production and development way. Small cities whichcombines towns and city, is an important engine to promote the modernization ofrural areas, and also is an important carrier of new rural construction, however, theindustrialization not only promotes the development of small town, but also bringslots of problems such as resource depletion. Environmental pollution has spreadedfrom the city area to the rural areas, and how to realize the coordinated developmentof economy and ecological environment becomes more and more important.This paper mainly discusses the ecological small town construction anddevelopment model by the case study and comparative study. First of all, we brieflyintroduce the concept, characteristics and related theory of ecological small town inthis paper; secondly we take Shuitou Town, Nanan city for example. Basing on theunderstanding of the overall situation of Shuitou Town, we study on developmentmode from spatial layout, green space aspects in ecological concept and evaluate thepresent ecological construction of Shuitou Town. The results show that the ecologicalconstruction in Shuitou Town is average, in particular, ecological construction ofeconomic is good, ecological construction of society is below average, ecologicalconstruction of nature is poor, then analyzes the problems and causes in theconstruction of Shuitou Town. Finally, learning from the successful experience ofdevelopment of domestic and international ecological small towns, we give the choiceof the construction of ecological small towns in China: set a target of the constructionof ecological towns; follow the principle of ecological construction of small towns;the establishment of ecological small town evaluation system; perfect thedevelopment model of ecological small towns; to strengthen the protection of theconstruction of ecological towns.
