Study About Agricultural E-commerce Construction Of Zhangzhou City

At present agricultural economy development of Fujian province is rapid, and the rural economic of City Zhangzhou is ranking behind the other cities’ of Fujiang Province. How to promote agricultural enterprise and drive the local rural regional economy development becomes a focus problem. With the innovation of communication technology, the development of the electronic commerce is a good way to promote agricultural enterprise development. Specially,"One-stop" electronic commercial platform improves the weak points in the process of management of agriculture enterprise and adds economic value. The national makes efforts to make countryside modernization, so there are many policies that will help the famers, which is the foundation of agricultural economy to be an informationization enterprise.This paper use rural economic development theory and economics theory and regional economic development theory as the basic foundation stone. And it also uses the survey method, comparative analysis and the material analysis theory method. It analyses the situation in City Zhangzhou agricultural e-commerce platform and the influence to regional economy, with the beginning of the economic benefits of rural e-commerce platform construction. At last it will make some suggestions.Firstly, this paper describes the background, purpose and significance of the construction of the network platform and outlines the process of building network platform at home and abroad. Secondly, this paper discusses the development of the agriculture website and the impact on agricultural rural economy, trying to figure out the problems of constructing and operating agriculture website in China. Thirdly, this paper discusses the network platform model of agricultural enterprise and analyzes the problems and causes of building a network platform in agricultural enterprises. Then, this paper analyzes the current situation of building network platform in Zhangzhou and has analysis on the demand for network platform from three aspects of farmers, agribusiness, local businesses. Finally, through a summary of the experience in building a network platform in China, the paper proposes "One-stop" network platform program which is suitable for the actual situation in Zhangzhou.
