As the information society coming, professional talent in technology field is becoming the key point in enterprises. Brain drain to the enterprise not only results in tangible cost,but also the intangible invisible cost. Both of them will bring huge damage to the development of the company. As one of the information industry—Internet, it is significantly important to keep the talent, especially the technology talent who play greatly role in the technology. However, with the demand of talent in the field of information technology exceeding supply of them in labor force market, it is very easy for IT talent to find other job in their field. In the end, there is a serious phenomenon that more and more talent prefer to resign in Internet company, obstructing the rapid development in technology. Based on the analysis of the turnover model, this paper explores the factors influencing voluntary turnover in IT talent of Internet, including job satisfaction, organization commitment, Transfer Cost, Opportunity, Risk Preference, Kinship Responsibility, and set a related model in voluntary turnover related to IT employee. By designing and carrying on questionnaire survey, collected dated was statistics test through the SPSS tool including reliability, validity and regression analysis. The results show job satisfaction, organization commitment, Transfer Cost, Kinship Responsibility are negatively related to turnover intention and Transfer Cost is an intervening variable for turnover intention, the opportunity in the conversely. Meanwhile, the Risk Preference is a modifier factor, which influences the path that Transfer cost negatively effects the turnover intention. At last, the research can not only be beneficial to improve the management level of IT talent in Internet enterprises, but also supplement the theory in voluntary turnover of IT talent.
