An Empirical Study On Farmers' Risk Preference And Land Transfer Behavior

Based on the theory of planned behavior and predecessors' research experience to expand the model,the research joins the peasant household' past behavioral experience and peasants' risk cognitive variables,in order to expand the theory of planned behavior model to better explain the desire of peasant household land circulation,and provides some reference opinions for the smooth land circulation.As a result of farmers land transfer is the basis of land circulation,therefore this article mainly discusses the farmers will turn out.After analyzing farmers turn out will is the analysis of the willing to accept the payment of rent,including the fixed rent system and a shareholder sharecropping,farmers risk appetite for its selection are discussed.Data collected with the method of questionnaire survey,in the form of face to face interview in multiple regions of JiangSu and JiLin province we has carried out the investigation,collecting first-hand survey data.Stata software was used to proceed the descriptive analysis on the basis of the data.After the basic anaiysis,knowing the data structure,use Amos software to test the initial structural equation model according to the model adaptation degree,and according to the model of adjustment guide and predecessors'research experience to adjust the theory model,get the final adjustment model.As a result,in the desire of peasant household land transfer,the finally adjusted the model structure is farmers behavioral attitudes,subjective norms,farmers' perception behavior affect the desire of peasant household land mobility together.Experience over the past behavior variables are subjective norms and perceived behavior control farmers by farmers indirectly affects the farmers flow behavior.Farmers risk appetite negative influence peasants' cognition,while farmers risk cognitive negative indirectly affect the desire of peasant household land mobility through behavioral attitudes.In the choice of transfer mode,the main analysis of the influence of farmers risk appetite,the results showed that the risk preference model farmers more willing to take a stake in divided into system,and risk aversion type farmers are more willing to accept the fixed rent system.According to the results,appropriate suggestions are proposed.Improving the socialsecurity mechanism to change farmers' risk characteristics,and to strengthen the desire of peasant household land mobility.For the land transfer,according to the characteristics of farmers' risk appetite,choosing the more reasonable means of circulation,also will enhance its circulation,and promote the land circulation process.
