At present, due to the increasingly fierce competition, work stress has become more andmore important problem that enterprises concern. The original sources of stress in enterprisescontinue to improve, meanwhile it constantly generate new sources of pressure. Every staff inenterprises especially the managers were given more responsibilities and requirements. Themanagers are directly responsible for the success of enterprise development as the backboneof promoting the efficient operation of the organization. Work pressure management is seriousin the high tempo, high load organizational environment.Relevant studies show that it will produce a series of physical and mental adversereactions under in the long-term high working pressure. If these reactions are not effectivelyalleviate, it would be very easy to have the results of the job involvement, job decline reducedsense of accomplishment, mental and physical exhaustion and other symptoms toadministrative staff. In order to overcome the adverse consequences due to pressure of work,we must to find out the work pressure troubling managers. Therefore, this article investigatesthe work pressure of enterprise managers, and put forward the corresponding countermeasurefrom the enterprise level.The thesis is mainly divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction. This partintroduces the research background and the research significance, and then briefly introducesthe research methods, this article thought, target, emphasis, difficulties and innovations. Thesecond part is the related research. This paper summarize the definition of working pressure,the research status of working pressure source, its theoretical model and structural model inthis part. The third part is the status and characteristics of the working pressure of theenterprise managers. This part is mainly make description statistics to the enterprisemanagement work pressure status, analysis the influence of demographic characteristics onworking pressure, summarize the characteristics of managers’ working pressure and itsinfluence on management work, and further elaborates the influence of working pressure onthe development of the enterprise; The fourth part is the quantitative analysis of workingpressure causes about the enterprise managers. Mainly is carries on the quantitative analysison the cause of managers’ working pressure. Firstly, it is questionnaire design, and then makesthe related research based on the analysis of survey data. The paper studies the work pressuresource by exploratory factor first and further to do confirmatory factor to analysis structuralanalysis of work pressure. The fifth part is stress management strategies of enterprisemanagers. In view of the above analysis, the enterprise managers should deal with the workpressure. It includes coping strategies from individuals, enterprises, and social support. Thelast part is the conclusion and the prospect of research. It summarizes the relevant conclusionsof this paper and puts forward the future research prospect.Through the above study this paper comes to the conclusion: managers working pressurelevel overall in the middle level. Managers feel the maximum pressure from the work itself.Managers attach great importance to their occupation career development. Managers feel the minimum pressure from the interpersonal relationship. There are significant differences ongender, age, marriage, nature of work of management personnel working pressure. In addition,work experience and education level is not obvious differences. The four dimensions of jobstress of the work itself, organization management, occupation development and relationshipsare more representative of enterprise managers’ working pressure.Based on the above study, this paper proposed different strategies of stress managementaimed at individuals, enterprises and social support.
