Correlations Between The Equipment Manufacturing Industry And The Information Industry In Liaoning Province

Since the first industrial revolution, global manufacturing has successively experiencedthree stages: the mechanization, electrification and informatization. The emergence anddevelopment of modern information technology, not only created the emerging, such ascomputers, communications equipment, integrated circuit, electronic and informationproducts, but also changed production mode and concept of the machinery, metallurgy,chemical industry and other manufacturing through infiltration and radiation. As a carrier ofthe information technology, information industry has become a national economicdevelopment strategic, basic and guiding industry. In recent years, the scale of informationindustry has developed rapidly and is also promoting the structure of other traditionalindustries, including the equipment manufacturing industry. The equipment manufacturingindustry is the core of the manufacturing industry and important industry concerning thedevelopment of national economy and national security. It is not only the core ofmanufacturing, but also the foundation of other industries. It is a symbol of nationalcompetitive power. Through the industry association function, how to find a suitable way toupgrade equipment manufacturing industry and to strengthen the coordinated development ofthe two industries is the research direction of industrial economy in our country and also thefocus attention of liaoning province. In China, from the15th National Congress of the CPC"vigorously promote the national economic and social informatization", to the16th nationalcongress put forward "to drive industrialization by informatization, and to promoteinformatization by industrialization " policy, and to the17th national congress advocate“Vigorously promote the combination of informationization and industrialization” which fullyreflects “the combination of informationization and industrialization” has become the themeof economic construction of our country and also reflects that the informationization drivingindustrialization is the inevitable choice of high-speed and healthy development of economyin our country and is the important strategy of equipment manufacturing industry in industrialupgrading.The author analysise hot issue of economy, study the industry relevant theory and a largenumber of related literatures and journals. According to the calendar year in liaoning provinceof input and output data, this article find the strength of the economic link between equipmentmanufacturing industry and information industry and the problems between the two industries by analysing the results of basic parameters. Finally the author put forward the suggestions topromote the coordinated development of two industries.
