Data from the State Statistics Bureau shows that the number of our group company covers1%or so in the independent accounting for industrial enterprises, but assets covers more than50%. Large enterprise groups with a certain scale and the international influence have been forming, which run across many fields and diversified forms of ownership of. It is the urgent task to strengthen and improve the human resource assessment and develop performance evaluation and management. In operation and manegement and control of enterprise groups the performance has become the core proposition and is the most urgent proposition.In order to ensure the strategic objectives of the company and the enterprise mission it needs to carry out effective control to subordinate enterprises in enterprise group. How to choose a suitable management mode is common problem to Chinese enterprises which are growing quickly and realize groups. This article focuses on improvement of performance management level strengthens the enterprise management and control in the enterprise group control process.The article begins to study taking KY group as the background. Firstly the article reviews the domestic and foreign study to the enterprise group control and performance research and finds out the existing problems and future research trends, and then sets forth applied study to performance management and forecasts the future enterprise group control model and finally puts forward the importance of enterprise group control based on the performance management.The performance index system is evaluation criteria and evaluation object reference customer satisfaction, which scientificalness will influence directly evaluation results and evaluation conclusion validity. On base of clearing evaluation body, evaluation method, evaluation cycle basis, the article determines the performance management process and designs the KY enterprise performance evaluation index system. Around "strategy management control" of the group it designs the performance management model. Group performance management index system offers base of evaluation for performance management work of contributive person and whole index system reflects comprehensively the characteristics and properties of evaluated object.At first the article explains economic mathematical principle and then uses AHP to determine the weight of index system and established group performance management index to study group’s operating status; around existing problems in the evaluation process it establishes relevant performance improvement or control strategy. Finally it summarizes application of performance management in the enterprise group control and at the same time it prospecst study in the field of enterprise group managemnt control and directs future study.
