Agricultural Modernization Development Strategy Research In Hubei Province

Hubei province to achieve the rise of central China’s national strategy,agricultural modernization is the first must be solved properly. At present, Hubeiprovince is in the key period, from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.However, Hubei agricultural modernization is also faced with multiple constraints anddifficulties, for example, market, resources, labor and capital shortage and lack of. Inthis way, the agricultural modernization has become one of the most arduous task ofHubei province modernization strategy. In order to speed up the development ofHubei agricultural modernization and construction process, reach the level consistentwith Hubei’s overall modernization, we must thoroughly study the bottlenecks andproblems in the development of Hubei agriculture modernization, to find out thefactors restricting its development, proposes the solution countermeasure, effectiveonly in this way, can we promote the development of national economy in Hubeiprovince good and fast.In this paper, through detailed access to relevant data and field survey, obtainfirst-hand data, at the same time, based on the analysis of USA, Japan and otherdeveloped capitalist countries of agricultural modernization process, summed up theirexperience of modernization, and then combined with the current situation ofagricultural development in Hubei Province, according to the Marx’s thought ofagricultural modernization and the related theory of western economics using theresearch methods, normative analysis method and empirical research combined,SWOT strategy, analysis of the current development situation of agriculturalmodernization in Hubei Province, and existing problems, and puts forward thecorresponding solutions and suggestions.Agricultural modernization is not immutable and frozen, but as the process ofdynamic change of development of the times. Study on the development ofagricultural modernization in Hubei Province, to find the objective laws of itsdevelopment from it, and puts forward some effective measures and solutions, notonly to promote the steady development of the agricultural modernization in HubeiProvince, but also can provide reference and theoretical basis for its futuredevelopment.
