| In the knowledge society, most of the managers realize that knowledge and human resource is the important source to get organizational performance and competitive advantage, so the knowledge workers as the owner of intellectual, have become the core part of human resource and drive more and more attention. To develop and enhance their psychological capital is the important and difficult thing for human resource, and is also the key for success, which can promote to achieve win-win situation between company and workers. Therefore, research on the relationship between psychological capital and working performance will help enterprises to establish the training program. Through the mutual promotion and the virtuous circle of psychological capital and work performance, the company will get an enhancing economic efficiency.After raising the questions, the paper first builds the theoretical model and relevant hypotheses based on relevant literature and the purpose. After designed the questionnaire, it does the pre-test with part of MBA in NEU, and then do the survey with the HCBM part of managers and technology employees, and uses SPSS17.0to analyze the data, which can verify the theoretical model and hypotheses. In the same time, it can also get the variation of the interference variables such as gender, age, education, position and working experience. Based on these results, it makes some suggestions to the company for improving the psychological capital of knowledge workers. |
