As one of the most complex social motivations,“working motivation” is the difficulty and hot topic in human resource management and organizational behavior.It is related to a series of behaviors that can stimulate working performance and the relationship with working performance has full research value.Secondly,in the age of knowledge economy,knowledge sharing has become one of the most important ways for individuals and teams to improve their working performance,and tacit knowledge sharing is at the core position of knowledge sharing.Therefore,when this study explores the relationship between working motivation and working performance,consider introducing tacit knowledge sharing as a mediator variable,establishing a theoretical model of the relationship between working motivation,tacit knowledge sharing and working performance,and further examining its internal impact and its influencing mechanism.Firstly,this article reviews the concepts,dimensions and research status of working motivation,tacit knowledge sharing and working performance,and puts forward the research hypotheses and theoretical models on the basis of theory.Then,this article refers to the existing maturity scale to form a final questionnaire through pre-test analysis,and uses the statistical software to process and analyze the effective questionnaire,including descriptive analysis,reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis,single factor analysis of variance,regression analysis,and other research methods to test the relationship between the research variables,and see if they meet the research hypotheses and theoretical models proposed in the previous section.Lastly,After the discussing and collation of the research conclusion,this article finally puts forward some suggestions for enterprises to improve their working motivation,promote tacit knowledge sharing and improve their working performance,hoping to have practical reference value for employees in the management of employees.Through the empirical analysis of the collected large sample data,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Some dimensions of working motivation,tacit knowledge sharing and working performance have different degrees of significant difference in demographic variables.(2)Working motivation is significantly positively correlated with tacit knowledge sharing,and the internal motivation dimension of working motivation is positively correlated with sharing willingness and sharing ability of tacit knowledge sharing.(3)Tacit knowledge sharing is significantly positively correlated with working performance.Besides,there is no significant positive correlation between the sharing willingness of tacit knowledge and innovation performance,the rest dimensions of tacit knowledge sharing are positively correlated with other dimensions of working performance.(4)Working motivation is significantly positively correlated with working performance,and the internal motivation of working motivation is positively correlated with the four dimensions of work performance.(5)Through the analysis of mediation effect,tacit knowledge sharing has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between working motivation and working performance.
