In China, as the development of economy, various kinds of consumer goods are rapidly increasing every year, as well as numerous kinds of wastes in which a large amount of recycled components are included. Through the reverse logistics of the recycled wastes, extremely high economic benefits can be achieved. While, in the process of dealing with those wastes, many enterprises took wrong measures to discharge, cover up and burn the harmful substances, which result in a damage of health of nearby residents and the destruction of ecological environment. Wrong methods of dealing with wastes also bring in bad effects. And that’s far beyond the requirements of resource and environment. Under these circumstances, in the process of dealing with the wastes, how the enterprises realize "cost minimization" and "environment maximization" is of great significance and applicable value.Based on the theory of reverse logistics network, the thesis make a brief introduction of state of the research, definitions, and constitution of the theory and it lays out the differences between traditional logistics and reverse logistics, so as to make it a systematic theory. And then, there is a review on the researches of different networks for recycled wastes under the framework of reverse logistics. With a series of analysis, the author found that many researches only focus on the recovery and operation but the factors such as environment and pollution are ignored in the process of dealing with the wastes.The thesis mainly studies the home application recycling based on network system of collection, regional centers, disassembly centers, trailers, recycling center, and landfill points. Firstly, sequencing relations and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are adopted in the analysis of environmental index, and then site for landfill is confirmed. Secondly, the combination of sequencing relations, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and mixed integer programming is proposed by the author.The construction of model of network design reflects a lower cost of building of network and its operation. And there is also an idea that harmful substances should be discharged in a location of small effect on the environment. At last, the optimal cost which aims at environment and operation are proved by examples. What’ more, a balance between operation of enterprises and environment protection are achieved.
