From the perspective of the entire supply chain, complete logistics system should include forward logistics and reverse logistics. But because the economic benefits created forward logistics is more obvious for a long time .It makes the reverse logistics paid less attention. And in recent years, due to the increasing depletion of natural resources, people gradually strengthened awareness of environmental protection, increasingly shorter product life cycles, market competition, and the strengthening of national legislation on environmental protection, have forced enterprises begun to attach importance of reverse logistics.The subject of this thesis is to reverse logistics channel model and its management. The major research work includes the following:(1) At first,I introduce the method of reverse logistics and the management of the definition of a brief introduction to reverse logistics and outsourcing of self-concept and related theory, the business alliance between the new reverse logistics management.(2) Describe the waste recycling business enterprises in the management of reverse logistics. Details of the company sold waste recycling processes. Including tendering, contracting, reporting the area, the deposit paid, the actual removal, trade settlement. This part is the actual business operation process, a summary of e-business over ten years experience in waste recycling come, as the reference value.(3) The AHP based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the method of choice of reverse logistics management. AHP first introduced the steps of analyzing the problem, followed by introduction of fuzzy evaluation method and its steps to the problem, a simple introduction to the combination of the two evaluation system. The evaluation index system is used AHP to determine weights, and on this basis, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to be evaluated.(4) Finally, for testing, because the domestic reverse logistics research is still in the initial stage, the business practice in this respect little information. Therefore, this simulation of a Taiwan-funded enterprises as large electronics contract study, a case study to verify that the evaluation system in reverse logistics management waste recycling feasibility and effectiveness of decision-making. |
