This article through to GW company’s basic situation and the existing compensationsystem research and analysis, found the original salary system has not adapt to thecompany’s strategic development goals, and employees also appeared a lot of unhappymood. To solve the problem of this reality, the company has decided to import thebroadband pay system, construct the new salary system, help the company better trainingtalents, motivating talents, retain staff, also hope that this paper studies the implementationof broadband pay other related company can provide some reference value.Firstly introduces the basic theory of broadband salary. Mainly includes the origin ofthe broadband salary, experts and scholars at home and abroad on the study of the theoryof the broadband salary, broadband salary compared with traditional pay some of theadvantages and disadvantages, as well as the company’s scope of application andimplementation of broadband compensation problems in practical application. Thenintroduces the connotation, function and implementation of broadband pay conditions,design principle and the basic steps of broadband salary design and related theory.Second to GW company done detailed analysis of the current situation of humanresources, through the pay satisfaction survey to find out the problem of a company underthe original salary system, and whether to GW company is suitable for import to thebroadband pay system. Then according to the design ideas and principles of broadband pay,implementation of the compensation system reengineering of GW company. In order tomake the new compensation system accords with the practice of the company and has acertain competitive in the market, GW company to do the job analysis and job evaluation,and to investigate the local market and colleague’s salary.Finally to ensure the smooth implementation of GW company broadband salarysystem can play its biggest role, this article from the cultural adaptability, promotion, thehuman cost problems puts forward some Suggestions and measures, hopes the company after the implementation of broadband pay, effective communication, timely adjustment,helping enterprises achieve their development strategy.
