Study On The Running Status And Counterareasures Of The Chang,ji National Agricultural Science And Technology Park

Agricultural science and technology park (ASTP) is the product of Chinas’ agriculturalproductivity as well as the certain development level of agricultural science and technology.As a new agricultural development mode,It began to emerge from the early1990s andachieved rapid development,and had a big contribution to the promotion and application ofagricultural high technology.In this paper we mainly based on the national agricultural science and technologypark(hereinafter abbreviated as ChangJi park)as the research object,through the research ofChangji park reflect that there are some problems existing in the running status,and putforward the corresponding countermeasures.There are some problems in the Changji park operation status which are main:(1)Infrastructure is imperfect;(2)The park is not enough to carry out the Preferential policies;(3)The management services of the park does not reach the designated position.The managementstandard and evaluation is poor of the agribusiness inside.The human resource managementlevel is low and the improper way of the agricultural technology technique extension,takingan adverse impact for themselves,and restricting the development of the park at the same time.Countermeasures:As the incubator and actual production bases of the agriculturalenterprise,Changji park need to be targeted to provide infrastructures for the agribusinessinside.Satisfying the needs of agribusiness inside production operation,carrying out thepreferential policies,to get the real benefit from the park.To strengthen the management andservice,as a link the park should be in the relationship between the government and theagribusiness inside among the peasant household.With perfect service to assist in thedevelopment of the agribusiness inside.At the same time,the agribusiness inside shouldimprove their management level,standard formulation and implementation management,performance appraisal,training and education plan,using the appropriate way to extension.Topromote changji park and even the economic development of Xinjiang.
