Problems And Countermeasures Of Wheat Industry Development Of Xinjiang

Wheat was the most important food crops in Xinjiang,playing an important role inXinjiang agriculture and rural economy.This paper analyzed the development of Xinjiangwheat industry and found the Xinjiang main problems in wheat industry development andproposed solutions to these problems feasibility of the program.Xinjiang wheat industry developed late,low level,mainly in six areas:(1)Varieties wheatadvantages are not obvious,lacking of competition in the market dynamic.(2)Low level ofwheat industrialization,industrial structure is irrational.(3)The special geographical and socialenvironment of Xinjiang,hinder the process of wheat industrialization.(4)Business build isnot perfect;wheat industry chain is lacking motivation.(5)Xinjiang wheat production area bysqueezing,industrial scale will be restricted.(6)Service system of market is not perfect.We propose to solve the feasibility of industrial development in Xinjiangcountermeasures. First,to co-ordinate planning:(1)based on the policy guidance;deepen reformto promote the rapid development of industrialization wheat.(2)Developing processingindustry to extend the wheat industry chain.(3)The establishment of quality supervisionsystem builds brands.(4) Adjust the structure of wheat planting， improve wheat comparativeadvantage.(5)Increasing food subsidies，and promote farmers’ enthusiasm for growing grain.Secondly to improve the system:(1) the establishment of “company+enterprise+farmers”industrial system.(2)Establish a dedicated section for ensuring quality of the wheatcultivation technology system.(3)Establishment of intermediary organizations,marketinformation service system and network system.(4)Establish and improve agriculturaltechnology popularization system,improve the level of agricultural science and technology.(5)Establish a sound "production-learning-research” integration； Third， we must promotetechnological innovation technique:(1)Continuing to introduce new high-quality screeningtests yielding disease-resistant varieties.(2)Continuing promote scientific and technologicalresearch and development.(3)Promotion of local conditions to develop high-yielding varietiesand efficient synthetic varieties. Finally to strengthen the infrastructure:(1)Do a good job ofhigh quality wheat bases.(2)To improve the understanding of the development of high-qualitywheat industry.(3)To build the leading enterprises bigger and stronger.(4)Strengthening thesocial service system.
