Research On The Development Of Wheat Processing Industry In Yongcheng City

As China's economic development has entered a new normal wheat production enters a new historical stage.On the one hand,traditional wheat processing enterprises suffer the double pressures of "ceiling" and"floor":on the other hand,low-end homogeneity phenomenon of flour is serious,which affects the development of the entire wheat processing industry.The problems existing in Yongcheng,which is the largest county-level flour production base in China,are more prominent.This paper takes Yongcheng as the research object of the development of wheat processing industry and the mainly researches the problems existing in wheat processing industry in Yongcheng as well as the countermeasures to solve these problems.Based on industrial chain theory and industrial agglomeration theory,this paper collects relevant statistical data to understand the development status of wheat processing industry in Yongcheng City,carries out systematic SWOT analysis on the wheat processing industry in Yongcheng City,analyzes the four aspects of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of wheat processing industry in Yongcheng and makes a deep research on the problems existing in wheat processing industry in Yongcheng by using the combined research methods of investigation,data analysis and theoretical analysis.Wheat processing industry in Yongcheng mainly puts stress on flour processing,which is of relatively high industrial agglomeration level,although its total output has maintained the trend of sustainable growth,the growth rate has declined year by year.There are such problems as small,scattered and weak scale,lack of funds and weak independent research and development ability in Yongcheng wheat processing industry,along with old-fashioned concept of management,lack of brand,inability to meet the needs of the market by wheat locally grown and lack of intensive processing technology,it severely affecting the development of Wheat Processing Industry in Yongcheng City.This paper combined with the status quo,problems and constraints of the wheat processing industry in Yongcheng,two development models suitable for Yongcheng wheat processing industry are put forward:brand development model and "key enterprise + catering service"development model,it directed against the problem and the factors of restricting Yongcheng wheat processing industry,I put forward and the policy measures are taken to promote the development of Yongcheng wheat processing industry.
