In order to cater to the growing consumer demand for online shopping, more and more enterprises began to try online marketing. At the same time, more and more enterprises join in the ranks of network sales. At the end of June,2012, the number of online shopping customer has reached the scale of210,000,000, Internet usage has increased to39%. Therefore, the network marketing strategies now become particularly important. Grasping the profit opportunities on the Internet is one of the important means for numerous enterprises to get sustainable development and profit in today’s market environment. How to survive and to obtain the considerable development in the fierce competitive environment now becomes the common concern of all the enterprises participating in the network marketing business issues.With the development of modern economy and information technology innovation, traditional clothing marketing model has been unable to meet the new consumption culture under the influence of consumer demand. As a new marketing methods and marketing concept, Clothing network marketing develops rapidly and is gradually accepted by the majority of Internet users. Now, the development momentum of Clothing network marketing is very strong, which brings profound influence to people’s life. Therefore, this paper, which chooses Su-ren Handmade network marketing network as the research object, has the extremely significance.This paper firstly introduces the background and the significance of topics, and the main research content and research method for simple narrative. In the literature reviewed part, we mainly expound the basic concept of network marketing and network marketing related research results at home and abroad. At the same time, this paper uses the theory of network marketing and related tools, as well as data access, interviews and data mining methods to deeply analyze the current situation of China’s apparel industry network marketing business model and the existing problems from different angles.In this paper, we take Su-ren Handmade as the research object, focus on the analysis of elements of clothing company’s network marketing present situation from the actual network marketing situation of Su-ren Handmade, in order to find out the problems of Su-ren handmade in the current network marketing, and we use SWOT model to clearly show the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of network marketing. We improve and optimize its network marketing strategies from four aspects of product, price, channel, promotion in order to solute the problems network marketing of Su-ren handmade, and we give Su-ren handmade safeguard measures from the aspects of websites construction, organizational structure and staffing, employee training and network payment and delivery system. All these can provide Su-ren handmade reference to better carry out the network marketing, and have a strong guiding significance for the network marketing effectively of Su-ren handmade.
