Study On Request Type Property Management Of Liaoning CK Real Estate Company

In China, property management is a new additional industry in the real estate field. So the property management is developing with the real estate market in recent years, both in idea or in practice. Especially in the course of brand establishment and promotion, the property management becomes the main measurement. Nowadays the request type real estate has adopted common in the real estate field. The commercials specialization and social operation mechanism are introduced into the supervision of real estate; property management makes successfully a new industrial administration pattern which is active and modern. With the development of request type property management the role it plays in the practice and the importance at present, real estate property management has become an important new emerging industry for the real estate circle.This dissertation uses cardinal principle of administrative theory and economics, takes Liaoning CK Real Estate Company which has cooperated with a few request type companies as a case, analyses its questions and reasons and puts out six pieces of directing suggestion through detailed figures and examples.This article is made up of three parts. In Part one it is instructed on theory of property management and request type property management and introduces the development process of property management home and abroad. It also explains the characteristics of request type property management. In Part two it is summarized on several main questions of request type property management. In Part three it is discussed on how to build the assessment indicator system for the request type property management and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasure on this problem so as to further develop property management of China.
