The Evaluation Research On Internet Infor-Mation Service Plateform Of Investment And Financing Based On Webometrics

With the continuous development and the boom of our economy, the country’s economic strength increased significantly, and the increasing social idle funds can’t find good investment direction, at the same time,a large number of enterprises and projects faced the difficult problem of financing, it largely due to the asymmetric information contradiction of both sides of the investment and financing, so the good investment and financing service platforms do needed to alleviate the contradiction. In addition, with the development and popularization of network technology, the number of investment and financing service platform has increased dramatically, but the level of development is uneven, and it also appeared a lot of problems, so it is needed eagerly to regulate and guide the development of this platform. Therefore, it has certain theoretical significance and practical significance for improving the construction level and promoting its development of the innternet investment and financing platform and the informatization of China’s economy to strengthen the research of Internet information service platform of investment and financing.Firstly, this article researched and analysised the webometrics, web site evaluation and general research situation of investment and financing platform at home and abroad through the literature research method, and knowed their relationships on research and development, and knowed the general situation of development and research of internet investment and financing service platform at home and abroad. Secondly, the article has made a brief introduction to webometrics respectively from the aspects of webometrics’definition, background, research object and method, and collated the research tool system of webometrics from three the aspects of theory research, data collection and results presented respectively. Thirdly, this paper introduced the investment and financing in theory, summarized the general problems of both traditional and internet investment and financing, on the basis of classification of the investment and financing service platform, we has been clear about the Internet investment and financing platform in this study is a professional services platform with the mediation properties that publish the investment and financing project information and related industries information by the organizer on the internet, and through providing professional investment and financing service,make the investment and financing project success. Fourthly, we built a tertiary evaluation index systemthe of the internet information service platform, the first-level indicator is the quality of investment and financing service platform, the secondary indicators are information quality, service quality, reliability and availability, and the third-level indicators are subdivision of the four secondary indicators; And through the way of mapping, we related webometrics indicators into the evaluation indicator system successly, and then we got a quantitative indicator system composited with webometrics indicators, general quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators. And through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the author determined the weights of every indecator in the indicator system. Fifthly, the author did the empirical study of the indicator system successfully, the author selected10Internet information service platforms to do the comprehensive evaluation research by means of random sampling, on the basis of the summarize of evaluation results, and according to some of problems about construction and operation management existing in these platforms, the author put forward some improvements. Finally, the article made a summary for the whole study, found the shortcomings, and hope to make that up in follow-up studies.
