Since the1990s, China’s economic development has made remarkable achievements, as China’s sustained rapid economic growth, China’s international trade friction encountered more and more, from the trade friction with China’s national and regional perspective developed countries is the main object, but after joining the WTO, trade friction between China and developing countries is increasing, developing countries have been replaced become the subject of trade friction. Over the years, developing countries have been working with China to maintain good political and economic relations, all developing countries such as India, Brazil, Turkey, Argentina, South Africa and China are important trading partners, has a market potential for growth. As a result, the friction in the current rapid increase in global trade, trade friction between China and developing countries are also increasing, the study of trade friction between China and the problems of developing countries to improve trade relations between China and developing countries have far-reaching theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, the current situation from developing countries, the causes of trade friction with China starting trade with China in developing countries leads to friction characteristics, combined with large amounts of data and detailed case analysis of the trade friction between China and developing countries, the impact of from prevention and response, and lessons learned response summed up in three areas of trade friction with the developing strategy.
