China’s aviation manufacturing enterprises as the aviation product research, production base, is mainly responsible for the army, civilian aircraft and associated engine, airborne equipment, weapon fire control system and various civil products development, production, sales and after sale service. Since half century, aviation enterprises in accordance with the former Soviet Union built when a set of enterprise management mode and technology completed the historical mission entrusted to us. But with the development of the times, the progress of science and technology, more and more intense market competition, born in the planned economy under the aviation enterprise, organization optimization often can’t catch up strategy step, resulting in the production of organized resistance is poor, difficult to respond rapidly to customer demand; China aviation enterprises to enter the world of aviation industry strong forest, must make timely the adjustment to adapt to the external environmental change, in order to promote the fast, healthy development of enterprises.In this paper through the use of strategic research and the reform of organizational structure of the related theories and methods, read and query the data about the development of military industry, related statistical data and industry information, and industry related personnel interview as the way of understanding and collection of data and information. Through the comparative analysis method and the method of linking theory with practice, and through a certain range symposia and other forms for some industry experts, from the development of aviation manufacturing enterprises characteristic elaborated the background and significance of topics, with group business situation and strategy analysis of historical evolution, current organization affects implementation of strategy is the key issue, and then form a large group strategy organizational changes under the overall plan and the detailed implementation plan, from the last group system characteristics summarizes the effects of organizational change implementation of key point and the difficulty, ensure that based on the strategy implementing organizational change successful landing.The LM military group strategic development direction and group organization structure adjustment research only domestic military industry group strategy organizational changes under the reference. In this paper, some points of the organizational changes have been performed in a feasibility study, also did not practice from the point of view of the effect still need time to verify.
