| With the rapid development of Internet technology and the acceleration of economic integration of human beings in recent years, which bring about huge changes on human’s life and production. The E-Business operation model that is based on the Internet and computer has been applied by more and more companies. The huge changes on both the external conditions and the internal organization that make the companies face big challenges and pressures. And at the same time, the advantages of the companies are not only dependent on the quality, price and service, those mostly rely on flexible application of the core advantages and flexibility of product. Meanwhile, a more flexible organizational model---Virtual Company appears which not only breaks through the boundary between the traditional companies, but also make the companies integrate their core advantages and establish the resource complementation strategic cooperative relationship.The advantages-shared organizational model between companies is established on the basis of mutual trust and help, which is dynamic union. The core company should make a series of evaluations about the aspects of the candidate companies to decide whether they are fit for establishing cooperative relationships and accomplishing the goals. However, the trust level is a key point to organizational stability and plans’ well going-on. So the core company should attach much importance to the establishment of trust evaluation system. From the evaluation indicators to the evaluation methods, from the collective data to the though analysis about the results, from the establishment of cooperative relationship on the basis of results to maintenance of the trust relationship. All of them should be objective. This paper adopt multi-level indicator system and fuzzy comprehensive evolution to evaluate the candidate companies trust level, and then apply the results to the judgments of their trust level and in the process of selection.As last, this paper elaborates the virtual company cooperative relationship management strategy in accordance of theories and data. The author makes a presentation about the strategies from many points of views, such as core competence, contract system, benefits distribution, communication channels and faith-breaking risk, etc. So it can provide reference and consultation for those who are going to establish virtual company organization forms. |
