Studies On The Influence Of Golden Customs Project On Foreign Trade Enterprise S And Proposed Measures

The rapid development of network and computer has brought tremendous changes to Chinese foreign trade management. Under the requirements of the international trade sustainable, low resource consumption, convenient, fast and the implementation of electronic data interchange (EDI), the Chinese government put forward and carry out the Golden Customs Project for the information construction of the field of foreign trade, making great efforts to realize the document automation, trade without documents, and international EDI business standards. The Golden Customs Project has had a huge influence on the Foreign Trade Enterprise S. The Foreign Trade Enterprise S enjoys the advantages and opportunities from the Golden Customs Project, at the same time, also faces new problems. Specific analysis and countermeasures research of the problems, finds the best solution to make it more strategic advantage and economic advantages in the international market competition for the Enterprise S. The study methods were adopted:literature analysis method, probe method and quantitative research method. The main contents are as follows:(1) This paper describes the research background and research significance, research status at home and abroad, research content and research methods, as well as the composition of this article to explore and research the influence of the Golden Customs Project on the Foreign Trade Enterprise S and proposed measures, and structure writing ideas of this paper, the main content, technology roadmap.(2) This paper discusses in detail the theory of the Golden Customs Project, the theory of e-commerce EDI and the theory of paperless trade. These theories each other closely linked and mutually supported, are the basis for the study of this paper. Study of these theories, is a prerequisite for the Foreign Trade Enterprise S to solve the practical problems.(3) This paper analyzes deeply the influence of the Golden Customs Project on the Foreign Trade Enterprise S and proposed measures:First, this paper introduces an overview and current situation of the Foreign Trade Enterprise S; second, this paper analyzes the opportunity of the Enterprise S from the Golden Customs Project, including the advantage of universality advantages and the applications the Golden Customs Project system by the Foreign Trade Enterprise S; furthermore, this paper presents practical problems, according to the application status of the Golden Customs Project by the Foreign Trade Enterprise S. To these problems, this paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures and rationalization program, and this paper analyzes the effectiveness and the influence after the implementation of the countermeasures.This paper, has guiding significance for the Foreign Trade Enterprise S in the international trade work in future, at the same time also can give other enterprises with import and export business as a reference in the facing and solving the application of the Golden Customs Project System; this paper, provides certain conditions for the majority of foreign tradeworkers and researchers to enrich the part of the knowledge of the Golden Customs Project, international trade, e-commerce; this paper, has made some contribution to improve the understanding of the relevance of the Golden Customs Project and enterprise foreign trade management. In future, international trade electronic applications of China will continue undergoing tremendous change, the government, enterprises and related personnel will make every effort to jointly promote prosperity and development of foreign trade and economic cooperation.
