A Study On Project Financing Management In The Exploitation Of Joint Venture Karara

Considering the current situation of that Chinese economy has developed quickly and the advancement of economical globalization, our country has pointed out that we should implement the "going-out" strategy, and use the two kinds of resources of domestic and overseas, and two markets well. We must encourage and support the superior enterprises to expand foreign investment gradually, to conduct multinational businesses, and to carry out transnational management in wider range through establishing the overseas sale network, the production system and the financing channels. In this way we can speed up to cultivate our own multinational corporations. Along with the strategies of "going-out ", how to carry out the project financing management is the important task which we need to research and practice.As an innovation tool of the international financial market, project financing management has developed into an efficient widely used financing method for private and international resource and can provide a powerful support for the development of the construction and economy society. The various modes of project financing, such as BOT、PFI、ABS etc have been applied in many international projects. The project financing management is seen as an independence branch of the international finance, which has been accepted extensively by people.In this paper, the whole process for project financing management analysis and risk controlling were discussed in detail. The elaborate completely introduction for the project financing management concept, features, organizations and the implement steps were reviewed, then international currently modes of project financing were analyzed. As a case of Angang, which made the exploitation of joint venture karara with Gindalbie Metals Ltd in Australia, this paper discuss the matter of project financing management of this case, including the structures and the modes of the financing, the source of the funds etc.And all this problem finally be solved by building up the right system for the project risk management, including risk identification and evaluation, and establishing reasonable model for the risk sharing and the dynamically controlling.
