The application of solar energy become future energy development and utilization of energy an important topic, also is one of the strategic choice for the sustainable development. With development rapidly of solar property in recently years, to solar management is faced with new challenges. How to carry out effective and low-cost solar material logistics management to support business operations, at the same time, To improve enterprise competitiveness has become a problem to be solved related businesses.In this paper, based on the review of related theory, combined with K solar materials as well as the company’s actual situation, from two aspects of warehousing and transportation packaging to analyze logistics present situation of solar energy materials, in view of the present low service level and high cost of warehousing and transportation the two main problems, combining with the characteristics of solar energy materials management and relevant theories of storage and transportation methods, from the technology, talent, capacity and related management reasons one by one to carry on the analysis, put forward the construction of virtual storage platform and optimization of the transport packaging the two recommendations for improvement. Existing in the K solar materials company first of all, analyses the current situation of the logistics, the main problems of the poor service level is mainly embodied in the finished product delivery time is too long, stockout rate is higher, and pipe down. And high cost of logistics is mainly manifested in storage and secondary high transport costs, transportation costs caused by poor packing and transportation in the process of pipe caused by cost. Secondly, this article about the above two aspects from the storage and transport packaging has carried on the concrete analysis of the reasons. Finally, two specific Suggestions were put forward:one is the virtual storage platform is constructed to improve the delivery time, reduce stockout rate and reduce the storage and secondary transport cost advice; The second is to optimize K solar materials company transport packaging solutions-plywood box is used to speed up the integrity rate of the goods, reduce cost and improve the transportation caused poor packing in pipe to reduce costs, thereby improving the running efficiency of the whole logistics warehousing and transport system.According to the above Suggestions, update of enterprise logistics, warehousing and transportation technology, in order to achieve the goal of improving logistics service level and reduce logistics cost, so as to better adapt to the development of the market, improve the competitiveness of the enterprise, eventually improve the profit of enterprises.
