With the progress of science and technology and the development of the city, more and more high to the requirement of urban public transportation, bus companies want to survival and development, the premise is to develop a batch of have the exquisite technology, strong ability to adapt, thought hard worker team. Recently, the development of public transport enterprises far behind the pace of the development of the city, at the same time, the rapid expansion in the city bus companies also need to rapid development. However, the problem of insufficient human resources has restricted the development of the public transport enterprise. Due to various social problems, unable to timely and effectively complement of human resources, this article explores by bus design staff training plan of the enterprise, to improve the comprehensive quality of employees, hope to be able to effectively ease the lack of human resources bring the negative impact of the development of bus enterprises. Z City Public Transport Corporation is the dominant force in Z city passenger transport, the worker team directly affect the enterprise’s development. Therefore, Z City Public Transport Corporation in good operation in the production of such important work at the same time, the innovation management idea, take human resources as the human capital development fully, make it become the power source of enterprise sustainable development is the goal of the company should pursue.Taking Z City Public Transport Corporation as the research object, to staff training for a major role in the study, based on the research of the staff training management theory, a large collection of relevant literature both at home and abroad, combing the relevant theory fully, at the same time, combined with the status quo of Z City Public Transport Corporation human resources management, and other books and papers on the analysis and comparison, absorb the research results, make up for a lack of existing.
