| As the public transportation enterprise developing rapidly, in order to realize the city public transportation enterprises’management objectives, to provide better social public transport services, improve customer satisfaction, the public enterprises pay more and more attention to the occupation accomplishment and service skills staff promotion. A team of high-quality labors is the most important competitive factors for an enterprises, and the training of human is extremely important for their development. Through the training, the employees’knowledge level, innovative spirit and innovative ability can be improved.In2006, Jinan Public Transport Company set up employee training center, set up staff training management committee, established three-level managing network consist of the head office, the branches, and the fleets to operate of enterprise staff training. In September2008, the employee training center established, the objective that establishing three levels of training system and training courses are reached. Since the establishment of the training center in2006, the pre-job training was treat as an important part of the staff training work, it was becoming completed after3stages of development. The pre-job training transformed from the original scattered type and self-organized to standard and professional type, and promoting the company development. The training has achieved some results, however, it still needs to be improved, such as the training content involved, the training implementation process, the choice of trainers, the training effect evaluation etc.This paper took the reserve labor training and managing system in Jinan Public Transport Company as the research object, analyzed with the concrete practice of the company’s pre-job training, mainly to elaborate the questions and the improvement measures in these areas like the investigate of the company’s pre-job training needs, the plan of training schedule, the implementation of training and the training evaluation ect.The full text is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, introduced the background, the purpose and significance of the research, the main research content and ideas as well as the main research methods; the second chapter is the summary of the enterprise staff training, consisting of the significance of training, the methods been used widely, and the types and mode; the third chapter is the staff training process in the modern enterprise; the fourth chapter is the applied research of Jinan Public Transport Corporation labor reserve training, the current situation and the improvement measures of the training of the company; the last part is the conclusion of the full text, the innovation points and deficiency were also summarized in this chapter. |
