| In recent years, with the increasing competition of express industry and the increase of distribution cost, practical significance of the joint distribution between express enterprises become a reality. However, due to the uneven size of the enterprises, their demand of express is different, and the cost,as well as its opportunity income which is paid by enterprises with different scales for the joint distribution,is also different. How do these factors affect the evolution of cooperation between enterprises? Once the cooperation is achieved, how can we reasonably allocate the profits of the joint distribution based on these factors? Based on these problems,These problems have been demonstrated and stydied in this thesis.First, based on the quantitative experiment, this paper studies the influence of the demand of the enterprise on the additional income of the joint distribution. The result shows that the value of total cost saving of the joint distribution increases with the increase of the total demand of the alliance, and the greater the demand of the member enterprises, the greater its proportion of the cost savings account for the total cost saving.Secondly,on the basis of the quantitative experiment, the evolution game model on the competition and cooperation of the express enterprise is established, and the influence of the factors such as demand, investment cost and opportunity income on the evolution process is discussed in the model. We also use Matlab to simulate the evolution on competition and cooperation of express enterprises with different scales. The results show that small and medium-sized enterprises are more likely to establish stable partnership. Moreover, when other parameters are certain, the greater the demand of express enterprises and the smaller the investment cost and opportunity income, the greater the probability that their cooperation success. Therefore,we should consider the impact of demand, investment cost and opportunity profit in a profit allocation scheme. Finally, considering the demand, investment cost and opportunity income,a quadratic programming model is established to allocate the profit of joint distribution.Meanwhile, aiming at the unequal status of express enterprises,we introduce the “right-dependency” index to adjust the results of the quadratic programming model.According to the example, the different allocation results of the quadratic programming model and other distribution models is analyzed and compared. The results show that the results of the quadratic programming model can not only reflect the contribution degree of the enterprise, but also ensure the feasibility of the allocation scheme, which is more reasonable than the other distribution models. At the same time, the “right-dependence index” is introduced to depict the uneven status that may exist in the alliance, making the profit allocation scheme more practical. |
