LX is a coal production of nitrogen-based chemical company, which has grown from a small nitrogen fertilizer production plant for the western important agricultural fertilizer production enterprises since the plant since the mid-1970s. However, I found that there are many problems for performance appraisal system of LX Company, especially carbonation workshop where the author located in. therefor I analysis the LX’s job performance evaluation workshop production carbonation. I hope to improve production efficiency LX company carbonized plant employees helpful.Author does a detailed study of the theory on the performance appraisal system with literature review. On this basis, the company carbonation LX workshop production jobs as the research object, its performance appraisal of the status quo, problems and their causes do a detailed introduction, then for the performance appraisal problems for carbonization plant production jobs designed a more scientific and comprehensive performance appraisal system. In the design process of the performance appraisal system, the law as a basic method to select KPI performance index, using the Delphi method and the weight factor as an indicator to determine table method to determine the weights. To ensure the effective implementation of the performance appraisal system, the paper also safeguards the facility and its performance appraisal system to do the analysis. Carbonation plant production jobs in the nature of work to do analysis, I found that according to the nature of their work can be divided into three major types of production jobs, namely, the production team leader, instruments and equipment for the post positions, and its performance is good or bad by some of the key factors in the deep influence, so I designed a method using KPI include KPI indicators, work attitude indicator, expertise indicators and other indicators of single indicators other four different types of three post performance evaluation index system.Which I design appraisal program for LX workshop production company carbonation job has better maneuverability and pay system carbonized plant production jobs, promotion and training systems and other systems designed to provide the basis, but also to encourage employees to improve job performance, achieve the common development of enterprises and individuals.
