With the rapid development of China's economy and the gradual improvement of the market economy for years,the competition of enterprises has increased,causing profits sharp decline.Meanwhile,the profits of enterprises tend to come from competitive advantages formed by intangible assets.In particular,among the knowledge-based training industry,large enterprises occupy a larger market share,with obvious competitive advantages.At the same time,with the internationalization,networking,large-scale development of the education industry,and the maturity of the capital market,as well as the escalation of education and consumer demand,monopoly competition has emerged in the training industry,a large number of medium and small companies in the industry are facing a severe crisis of survival.A Company is such a medium-sized enterprise that is in crisis.How to optimize the performance appraisal system,according to the current enterprise strategic goals,has become a major problem to be solved urgently.A Company is a service company listed in the United States.Its main business is education and training,along with related products in the Chinese mainland market.Although after nearly a decade of rapid development,the company has formed a certain scale and established its fame,it has not kept pace with the times in performance management.Evaluating and improving its performance evaluation system has certain practical and theoretical values.The optimized performance appraisal system has improved the management efficiency of A Company,including human resources management,deepened the performance management appraisal system of service-oriented companies,and provided reference value for the performance appraisal system of other companies in the industry.It can also play an active role in the company's performance pay system,cultural construction,and employee training.
