In the development and management of human resources about enterprises, performance evaluation is an important basic work. Enterprises take the important means including assessment and incentive to arouse the enthusiasm of managers and employees, and only the appropriate promotion can excite the employee's initiative throng the specific and proper inspiration. Corporate mid-level managers are the backbone of the enterprise, scientific and fair performance evaluation and proper incentive measures will help promote the performance level of middle management. At present, performance evaluation becomes a mere formality about mid-level managers in A oil production plant, evaluation result is difficult to reflect the actual working performance of middle-level managers, personnel management and salary formulation do not have the guidance of a scientific evaluation system, the work efficiency of mid-level managers can not be effectively improved. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to design a complete set of performance evaluation system for mid-level managers to evaluate the work performance of mid-level managers in the current A oil production plant.This paper summarize the research status of mid-level managers performance evaluation at home and abroad, defining the relevant concepts, elaborating mid-level managers performance and the performance evaluation theory, and the mid-level managers characteristics and common methods of performance evaluation. And analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the various performance evaluation methods, lay a theoretical basis for study of mid-level managers performance evaluation. Based on the analysis of A oil production plant in mid-level managers' performance evaluation status, find A oil production plant in mid-level managers problems of performance evaluation. Then according to the division of mid-level managers positions, respectively set up political work,management, research and production of the big four position type of performance evaluation system. And using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the evaluation model of mid-level managers performance evaluation, design the basic procedures of fuzzy hierarchy analysis. Finally, using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process model to evaluate the performance of mid-level managers in the A oil production plant, and put forward the appraisal implementation plan and safeguard measures of mid-level managers about A oil production plant.
