A Research Of The Influential Factors Of The Will Of Rural Laborer In The Northwest

Rural labor transfer is the main way to solve the "agriculture,countryside and farmer" issues. In2004, the central a document also explicitly pointed out that, rural surplus labor to non-agricultural industries transfer and transfer town, is the necessary trend of industrialization and modernization.Based on the participation of Lanzhou university, an associate professor at the Chinese academy of Fengshiping presided over a bridge with Japan university joint project of the rural labor transfer of rural development influence of the data obtained as the basis, the frequency description, interactive classification, logic, and statistical analysis, noble regression method to examine the northwest rural areas will of labor transfer, and noble return, logic,statistical analysis method to calculate the gender, age, education, marriage status, non-farm work experience, family areas, falilies and family cultivated land per capita per capita net income of eight independent variables for transferring the effects of the will.From the Logistic,the results show that:the rural labor force is in the northwest of China, age,respondents family areas and cultural degree of their transfer will have significant influence, and finally into the model.And sex, marital status, non-farm work experience, family and cultivated land per capita per capita net income of families on their willingness to transfer, no significant effect.
