The Third Plenary Meeting of the 18th Session of CPC points out that the economic system reform is the key of the comprehensively deepen reform, the core problem is to correctly handle the relationship between government and market, the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources and better to play the role of the government. With the development of economy, urban-rural dual structure has seriously hinder the development of economy. Breaking the urban-rural dual structure, to achieve a smooth and healthy development of economy and narrow the gap between urban and ruralhas become the focus of the present. To establish a unified urban and rural land market, breaking the urban-rural dual structure, making the urban land market and rural collective construction land market run merge, forming a unified construction land market, the separation of the construction land market and agricultural land market, gradually adopts the system of paid use of collective construction land, land resources in the whole society with the rational and effective configurationto full-use the value of land.Protecting the land rights and interests of farmers and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas have important significance. The Third Plenary Meeting of the 18th Session of CPC also pointed out that the urban and rural areas establishing a fair and open and transparent market rules, price mechanism is mainly decided by the market to establish a unified urban and rural construction land market. To establish a unified urban and rural construction land market, we must promote the market of housing land at an early date.In recent years, many scholars involved in the land market research, to realize rural homestead in the market, we must understand the wishes of farmers.This paper, based on the field survey of tongjiang county, using the Binary Logistic Regression Model to analysisthe recycling questionnaire statistical analysis; Then econometric analysis model was established and according to the analysis of the model, detailed deeply analyzed based on the influence factors of farmers’ willingness to land market; Finallythe paper puts forward six countermeasures suggestions to promote the rural homestead in the market based on the main influence factors on the land market.According to this study we conclude that family number of children, family annual per capita income, income of farm household, distance from working place and home, the distance from the nearest town house sites, idleland, understanding of land policy areseven factorssignificantly influence tongjiang county at the angle of farmers’ willingness to land into market. Through the analysis of statistics and regression model, we can sum up the following main research conclusions:the homestead system is not sound, the homestead system execution, idle house-site in the countryside is more; income of farm household level, the number of the children, All these are the important factors that affect rural homestead in the market; Income of farm household income is the important factorthat affect rural homestead in the market; migrant farmers far away from home is the important factor that affect rural homestead in the market; the housing land spatial distribution pattern is the important factorthat affect land market; understanding of the policy system of house-siteis the important factor that affect land market. Based on the above affect factors impactingon tongjiang county rural land entering the market will, the paper puts forward the following countermeasures:(1) improve the level of education of famers, strengthen the peasant workers’skills training, orderly guided farmers to migrant work; (2) to strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure, promoting agricultural modernization; (3) increase policy support for rural enterprises, guide the starting characteristics of township enterprises; (4) further deepen the reform of the household registration system, improve the level of sustainable rural development safeguard; (5) improve the system of land policy, improve policy propaganda; (6) strengthen law enforcement.
