The Implementation System Of Industrial Decoration For Mass Customization

As roughcast housing exist many problems, China has been pushing the overall-furnished housing, but overall-furnished housing often has similar style that could not satisfy personalized requirements, its development has been restricted in some way. So the reasonable pattern should be adopted to push the development of industrial decoration. This dissertation puts forward the pattern of combining mass customization into industrial decoration. It points out that personalized requirements should be taken into account in the process of industrial decoration for mass customization. And it researches the implementation system of industrial decoration for mass customization according to the process of housing decoration. The main contents of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1) Research on domestic and overseas development of decoration industry and mass customization. It presents related theories on housing decoration industry and mass customization as well as their combination. It defines the overall-furnished housing and the housing decoration industry. The characteristics and constraints of housing decoration industry are described. Then it researches the connotation and technical conditions of mass customization and analyses the characteristics and constraints of housing decoration industry for mass customization.(2) Research on design mode of housing decoration industry for mass customization. It points out that decorate design should be put forward by five ways and personalized requirements should be reflected through modularity design and BIM design. Then it brings elaborate design into design process to make the design more reasonable.(3) Research on component system of housing decoration industry for mass customization. It introduces decoration component, decoration component system and packaged technology. It studies technologies of standardization, integration and interface as well as production management ways of CODP retardation, flexible production and combination of MRP Ⅱ and JIT.(4) Research on fabricated construction mode and each stage of housing decoration industry for mass customization. (5) It puts forward two suitable forms of housing decoration corporations for mass customization:housing industry enterprise alliance and virtual housing enterprise. It builds operation platform and analyzes operation process of these two forms. Then it analyzes the operation process from the stage of marketing, design, manufacturing and after-sales service.(6) It researches existing pattern of industrial decoration from developer, integrated total package service provider and overall decoration solution provider.The combination of mass customization and industrial decoration could save resources, protect environment, provide high efficiency and low cost decoration as well as improve personalized requirements.
