Building Decoration enterprise's fast development plays a positive role to our country's economy,but because the majority of Architect and Decoration enterprises only consider Market and Capital but neglect human resources management(HRM),specially neglect performance assessment,thus seriously hold back the enterprises sustainable development.The Zhongce Decoration is regarded in this thesis as the research object,solving the management bottleneck of the enterprise by applying the modern methods that are based on summarizing the management theory of performance management. The new performance assessment systems to strategic objectives-oriented enterprises , and supported by key indicators of behavior assessment , stratification, classification designed key performance indicators and other indicators,a clear assessment criteria,as well as the main and performance management process cycle,provides the result of the test application,and so forth. The new evaluation system is designed to establish a fair incentive mechanism to reasonably scientifically measurable contribution to the department and staff,help companies achieve strategic objectives.
