Strategic Human Resource Training Mechanism Research Of The State-owned Construction Enterprise

My research object is the state-owned construction enterprise strategic human resources training mechanism. Says from the time background, the21st century is the century of talents. Along with the further development of information economy, the key to improve enterprise competitiveness tends to be the talent team construction. To some extent, the talent team construction effect is good or bad directly affects the survival and development of the enterprise.At present, our country is moving comprehensively deepen reform stage. According to statistics, as a standard co., LTD. The main body of market economy competition, more than69%of the state-owned enterprises have completed the modern enterprise system reform. However, as the important leading subject, construction companies, manufacturing enterprises, especially large state-owned construction enterprise is due to many reasons lead to the slow reform.State-owned construction enterprise’s strength is not strong in the reform process, rather than at the beginning of the market economy experienced talent instability or serious brain drain. This means that the state-owned construction enterprises in the problems existing in human resources training. The problem consists largely in the enterprise human resources training mechanism and the lack of difficult to combine with enterprise strategy target. Therefore, the problem can be solved, the key lies in the state-owned construction enterprises can build up a strong strategic human resources training mechanism.This article is divided into five chapters besides the introduction.The first chapter mainly is the state-owned construction enterprises in the problems in human resources system. It is in this paper, we study the basic reason of strategic human resources training mechanism. In the first chapter discusses, on the basis of the second chapter expounds the selection mechanism of state-owned construction enterprise strategic human resources training as the research object of the direct motivation.
