The Private Enterprise Culture Construction Research A Company

Since the Reforming and Opening up Policy, the private enterprises in china develop rapidly. A large number of enterprises with influence and competitiveness in international market emerged. Private enterprises have become an important part to the economic developing in China and they obviously become important power which can promote national economy healthily and rapidly. However, in the process of developing private enterprises, problems like "family managing","short lifetime" and "big but weak" exist. This paper supports that enterprise culture is an important reason for above problems in private enterprises. Basing on the reason and combining the reality of company A’s enterprise culture, this paper does relative study on Chinese private enterprise building.At first, the paper defines the connotation of private enterprise, discusses the features of Chinese private enterprises, summarizes the relative theories and elaborates the functions of enterprise culture.Second, give a brief to company A and elaborate the details of building company A’s enterprise culture from four aspects:material culture, behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture. Then the author summarizes the demerits concluding the building material culture overstating, low value approving and system culture building lagging behind.Third, combining capacity maturity model, this paper defines the connotation of the capacity maturity in building enterprise culture. Combining set pair analysis theory, the paper builds a set pair analysis model to assess the capacity maturity of building enterprise culture. Applying this model, the paper assesses the capacity maturity of company A’s enterprise culture building. The result is that the material culture building was leveled A, the behavior culture building was leveled B, The system culture building and the spiritual culture building were leveled C. On the whole, company A’s enterprise culture building was leveled B, it fits contemporary development, however, it is bad for the long development.At last, combining the reality of company A’s enterprise culture building and the result of set pair analysis, the paper proposed some advices to company A’enterprise culture building.
