Research On Pre-planning And Development Strategy Of Real Estate Project

The real estate is always the pillar industries in China.The researchwhich about all links of the real estate is uninterrupted.The concept ofprevious planning has arise as early as2005,then more and more peoplestart to pay attention to it.In the past, previous planning was used toentrance project competitiveness,while in the future it will become anecessary part of development work.The standard development needsmore scientific methods and more accurate development strategy.In thisbackground I choose previous planning for my research topic andcombine a practical case to study how to formulate a project previousplanning precisely and professionally.After Introducing the relevant theories and methods of the real estateprevious planning,I research the case of the project which in Tianyuandistrict, Zhuzhou. And I take out a series of corresponding developmentstrategy for referencing. First of all, the paper introduces the concept ofreal estate project previous planning and its basic content.It introducesthe basic theory from the part of all modules and methods. Then itintroduces the case and determine the positioning of this project thoughanalyzing its development environment, market and competition project.After that I take out the project development strategy which includingdevelopment steps and project planning advice.The last step, I check theeconomic feasibility of the plan and come to a conclusion that this plancan be provided to the design institute as a reference.It will strengthen the theoretical system of research contents andmethods in the period of prophase though the case research.It has somevalue for the project development.
