With our country rapid developing of economy, the insurance industry in china also has been rapid development. However, in the development of the process, many insurance companies are reflecting today’s insurance marketers it’s hard to management and hiring. so that is bad for the insurance company of strong marketing team set up,can affect insurance companies and industry continues to steady development. As the same time, the time in the rapid development of the insurance industry,many insurance companies are the stage in the development of the primary closer to senior, so the marketing team of the insurance company recruit sodium personnel, more care the amount, did not take into account the quality of the marketer.This is because the insurance company care the quantity over the quality. This behavior will make unstable with a hidden under the development of the insurance company. In recent years, hidden trouble began to highlight, insurance company growth is weak, the insurance marketing personnel of erosion, marketers are difficult to manage, showed a trend of decline in the company’s benefit, and made adverse effects on the stability of insurance operation and management, increased the difficulty of insurance regulation, hindered the healthy development of insurance market in China. So clearing the barriers in the development of life insurance in our country, we must reverse the insurance marketing personnel is difficult to manage as soon as possible, improve the retention rate of life insurance marketing staff, to strengthen and improve the management of our country’s life insurance marketing personnel. This is to improve the management of China’s life insurance marketing personnel, to keep the channels of marketing staff premium scale and stable insurance company’s business development, safeguard the order of the insurance market, also can to a certain extent, alleviate the serious situation of unemployment in our country, to play a good role in promoting economic development in our country. So this paper studies the rural life insurance marketing personnel management of Dongguan, mainly is hope that through study can improve the problems existing in the life insurance marketing personnel management, dongguan city, and revealing, hope to the country’s life insurance marketing staff management problem solving and improve provide scientific train of thought.
