With the rapid development of our country's economy,the insurance industry,as the key point of the contract economy at present,the number of insurance marketer has been expanding continuously,and the management problems of insurance marketer have become the focus of attention.In order to occupy the market quickly,every insurance company considers quantity more,but neglects the promotion of the quality of the recruiter.Therefore,the unsteady development of the insurance companies is due to the unimportant quality of the insurance companies and the behavior of seeking the system at a high speed.In order to improve the stability of insurance marketer management,it is necessary to reverse the difficult management of insurance marketer as soon as possible,strengthen and improve the management of insurance marketer,and promotes the healthy development of insurance market.Based on the management system and present situation of the insurance marketer of China life Q branch,this paper discovers the problem,analyzes the problem deeply and puts forward the key strategy to solve the problem.Firstly,the author analyzes the management model of the insurance marketer of the China life Q branch in an all-round way,analyzes the management model of the Q branch,such as the system of increasing the number of the insurance marketer,the examination system,the salary system,the incentive system,the training system and so on.At the same time,the author analyzes the change of the number of the insurance marketer of the China life Q branch,the structure of the education degree of the insurance marketer,the relationship between the age structure of the insurance marketer and the contribution of the insurance premiums,the relationship between the working time of the insurance marketer and the income,the contribution of the insurance premiums,and so on.Secondly,the author analyzes the problems existing in the management of the insurance marketer of the China life Q branch,and concludes that the problems exist in the management of the company,such as the overall quality of the insurance marketer and the low professional level,the difficulty of keeping and increasing personnel,the misleading of sales,and so on.At the same time,the author makes a deep analysis of the reasons for these problems,and points out that the reasons are the unclear legal status of the insurance marketer,the simplicity of the training and examination system,the unreasonable commission system,the difficulty of the insurance supervision,the deviation of the management concept,and so on.Thirdly,on the basis of a series of researches on the management of the insurance marketer of the Q branch of China life,the author reforms and perfects the management system of the insurance marketer based on the experience of the management model of the insurance marketer of foreign countries,and puts forward the main ideas and key strategies for perfecting the management of the insurance marketer of the Q branch.Finally,the conclusion of insurance marketer management research of China life Q branch is summarized.Therefore,the analysis of the management system and the personnel situation of the insurance marketer of the China life Q branch has certain realistic significance to the health development of the same kind of life insurance company and insurance industry in the future,and has certain reference value to the China life Q branch in improving the daily work efficiency and enhancing the management level.
