The difference in quantity and quality of life insurance marketers determines the core competitiveness of each life insurance company.There is a big contradiction between the "high standard" and the "low status quo" of life insurance marketers in China.Strengthening the training of marketers and creating a strong learning atmosphere in the industry can enhance the competitiveness of life insurance companies,promote the healthy development of the whole industry and crack the current development The key to the bottleneck is that the research on the training system of life insurance company's marketers started late in China,and the research is insufficient.Starting from the theoretical research of the training system,this study combs the meaning and elements of the training system,combines the characteristics of the life insurance industry marketing personnel training,determines the research framework of the life insurance company marketing personnel training system by the way of induction and summary,takes the marketing personnel training system of XC life insurance company as the research object,and studies XC life insurance company training by the methods of object collection,volume investigation and interview Training system status,explore the causes of the problem,and finally put forward the training system optimization strategy.On the one hand,it is helpful for XC life insurance company to establish a set of relatively perfect training system for marketers,on the other hand,it can provide reference for other life insurance companies.This study consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion,of which the text consists of five chapters.The first chapter analyzes and combs the related theories of the training system,and clarifies the connotation and research framework of the life insurance company's marketing training system.The research framework is divided into five first level dimensions and 12 second level dimensions.The understanding of the meaning of the training system is the basis of this study.Based on the research framework of the life insurance company's marketing training system,the "XC life insurance company training system questionnaire" is compiled.Through the test,the reliability and validity of the scale are tested.The second chapter describes the current situation of XC life insurance company's training system,including the training organization system,support system,curriculum system,lecturer system and operation system.The third chapter analyzes the effect of XC life insurance company's training system through questionnaire and interview,including the overall level of XC life insurance company's marketing training system.Different marketers have different evaluation on XC life insurance company's training system,as well as the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of organization system,support system,course system,lecturer system and operation system.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of XC life insurance company's training system problems from internal and external factors based on literature review,interview data and text analysis of material collection data.The fifth chapter,based on the analysis of XC life insurance company's training system status and the causes of the problems,combined with literature analysis,puts forward the optimization strategy of XC life insurance company's training system.
