In the wider world, Science and technology have become the main forces to boosteconomic and social development, innovation-driven is inevitable. The new technologyrevolution and industrial restructuring is accelerating, high technology is now a crucialdriver of the economy. Keenly captured the trends, seize the opportunity is high-techenterprises implement significant strategic for the rapid growth. R&D personnel as animportant body of high-tech enterprises for tech innovation, and become human capitaland core capital in high-tech enterprises. It’s a creative, challenge and uncertainty jobs,and complexity is different from other business processes. Nonetheless, this feature isbound to high-tech enterprises R&D personnel’s self-efficacy, and the job involvement,job performance regulated by self-efficacy have a significant impact. The performancewill directly affect high-tech enterprises technology innovation ability and corecompetencies, and then influence and decide the scope for rapid economic growth.The thesis based on the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad, thisstudy researches the logic relationship and mutual effect among the perceivedself-efficacy, job involvement, and job performance, and builds an assumptions model.Combined with the characteristics of R&D personnel,developed self-efficacy, jobinvolvement and job performance measurement scale for the thesis. Then through thedesign of survey questionnaires, collecting relevant data for empirical research, usingstructural equation modeling and AMOS data analysis software to test the assumptionmodel. The results to reveal that perceived self-efficacy has a positive and significantinfluence on the job performance. Job involvement plays partial mediating role betweenself-efficacy and R&D personnel’s job performance. Finally, we provided a discussionon the practice of R&D personnel management for high-tech enterprises in China in thetheoretical point. In order to promote the high-tech enterprises is fast-growing.
