In the big date era of increasingly competitive technology,the pressure of R&D personnel has been paid more and more attention by the society.It is faced with frequent overtime work and so much pressure.The pressure affects the employees physical and mental health by influencing the work attitude and behavior of the employees.Job involvement as a predictor of job performance does not give enough attention to the pressure on the manager.At the same time R&D personnel higher self-efficacy also need to be better to stimulate them to create more profits for the enterprise to understand the relationship between the three factors,it has become a difficult problem.This paper collates and combs the relevant job stress and job involvement literature at home and abroad,and analyzes the correlation between job stress and job involvement.Self-efficacy is introduced as an adjustment variable,where the job stress is an independent variable,and the dependent variable is a job involvement.The questionnaire survey data of high-tech enterprises were analyzed by SPSS20.0,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results show that the job stress is divided into five dimensions: work stress,role pressure,role range pressure,interpersonal stress,and promotion pressure in organization.Work involvement the three dimensions: vitality,dedication,focus.The current R&D staff pressure and work involvement the overall level of higher self-efficacy is strong.Self-efficacy and work input were positively correlated,job stress and work involvement as a whole was negatively correlated,self-efficacy to a certain extent,adjust the job stress and job involvement.
