| The changes of the market demand caused by the development of informationtechnology are promoting the change of social and economic activities constantly. Virtualenterprise plays a more and more important role in such market environment, as a form oforganization which can response quickly to market opportunities. At the same time, there aremore and more researches on virtual enterprise, but most of them studied the way of behaviorand combination of each member, research on the development situation of virtualenterprise is relatively less. Therefore, based on the analysis of the operation mode of virtualenterprise, this paper studied the development of virtual enterprise qualitatively andquantitatively, using the models and methods of complex system theory.Firstly, this paper started from the theory method, studied the important branch ofthe complex system in-depth the theory of dissipative structure, and analyzedthe entropy model and the nonlinear parameter model of the dissipative structure theoryin detail. Obtained the development and change of the dissipative structure solution, andsummed up the four necessary conditions of a system to form dissipative structure.Secondly, introduced the researching virtual enterprise in detail, includingthe enterprise concept, mode, and characteristic of virtual, etc. Thirdly, I studied the origin ofcomplexity of the virtual enterprise as a whole, finding that virtual enterprise meeting the fourconditions to form dissipative structure, then studied the development of the virtual enterprisequalitatively by the dynamic model, got the final development scale of the virtual enterpriseby solving the dynamic model. Finally, calculated the operational status of virtual enterprisesystem quantitatively using the entropy in dissipative structure theory, combined with the actual case, using entropy of the system as the index to judge the operation status of thesystem of virtual enterprise is in good condition or not. |
