The Level Of Modern Agriculture Development Research Of Hainan Province

Our country’s12th five-year plan highlighted that we should strengthen and benefit of farmers, accelerate the construction of new socialist countryside and accelerate the development of modern agriculture construction. The development of modern agriculture is in favor for speeding up the construction of agricultural infrastructure. It also is in favor for meeting people’s growing material needs and promoting agricultural science and technology innovation. It can promote the upgrade of agricultural products, booming our country economics and develop our country productivity. Finally we construct modern agriculture. The evaluation of modern agriculture development level must form a scientific system.It can be used to evaluate the modern agriculture development level and analyze the shortcoming of modern agriculture development. At last we put forward some measures of improving Hainan modern agriculture development.In the beginning of the paper describes the significance of modern agricultural research and Connotation and characteristics of modern agriculture and the research technical route map. It also reviews the relevant theories of modern agricultural system. Secondly from agricultural material and equipment, the structure of the rural economy, agricultural productivity, the situation of agricultural production and rural social development status of five aspects presents the current situation of the development of Hainan agricultural modernization. On the basis of front the paper has designed Hainan rating index system of agricultural modernization and evaluated the level of modern agriculture development of Hainan agriculture. First of all, the paper introduces the design idea and the principles that the index system of modern agriculture should follow. Secondly the paper refer the present domestic and international numerous agricultural modernization index evaluation system. The whole system is divided into the target level, first grade assessment indicator and second grade assessment indicator. The target layer is the development of modern agriculture in Hainan. First grade assessment indicator is the agricultural productivity level, agricultural output level, agricultural economic development level and agricultural ecological, second grade assessment indicator is the explain of first grade assessment indicator, including unit cultivated land agricultural machinery total power, the power consumption per unit of cultivated land area of fertilizer rate and so on. The organize data of secondary index is processed. According to the existent domestic research results and combining with the specific statistical data calculated level of modern agriculture development in Hainan. Finally the comprehensive score is54.63,it show that Hainan agricultural modernization in the initial implementation stage, promoting agricultural modernization has better social and economic conditions and material technology base. Finally we analyzes the limiting factor of the development of modern agriculture in Hainan and according to the analysis results and information puts forward suggestions on accelerating the development of modern agriculture in Hainan.
