Evaluation Of Modern Agricultural Development Level In Jilin Province From The Perspective Of Multi-functionality

Multi-functionality of agriculture(MFA)is the main direction of modern agricultural development.With the rapid development of China's entire social economy and technology,the function of modern agriculture is constantly improving and expanding,and its prospects are very broad.Studying the MFA of modern agriculture has important theoretical and practical significance for the realization of China's modern agricultural development,rural revitalization and sustainable development goals.MFA is an objective attribute of agriculture and its development.The fundamental purpose of developing various functions of agriculture is to consolidate and strengthen the important strategic position of agriculture and to adapt to the new demands that agriculture and social development put on agriculture.MFA has many attributes such as publicity,internality,externality,diversity,relevance,integrity,difference,vulnerability,positive and negative,and manifest potential.Is an effective way to analyze the level of modern agricultural development.Based on the reading of related literatures at home and abroad,this paper has systematically investigated,analyzed,and summarized the MFA,and the functional connotations of FMA have been analyzed and discussed from the five functions such as the production,living,ecological,cultural and socio-political functions.In addition,from the perspectives of production,living,ecological and socio-political functions,this paper has constructed an evaluation system of modern agricultural development level in Jilin Province from a multi-functional perspective,and has given corresponding calculation methods,weights,target values and evaluations.Through the calculation of relevant indicators data in the past two years,the target values have been compared,and the comprehensive scores of modern agricultural development level in Jilin Province in the past two years have been obtained.On this basis,through the detailed analysis of individual indicators,it is found out the strength and weakness of modern agricultural development in Jilin Province,and then this paper has analyzed the causes of the gap in modern agricultural development in Jilin Province from a multi-functional perspective,and has proposed corresponding countermeasures for the development of modern agriculture in Jilin Province from a multi-functional perspective.
